The location offers beautiful surroundings, great for nature lovers and those looking for scenic views. The room has a cozy ambiance, making it a decent spot to rest after a day of exploring.
The accommodations feel a bit worn and could use some updates—carpets likely need a thorough cleaning or replacing. The bed felt too soft for my liking, making it hard to get comfortable. the toilet flush button has a tricky release mechanism, which might be frustrating. The lack of clear signage for the dining area and the high cost of breakfast made us choose to eat elsewhere.

Not a great choice for families
The restaurant food was nice, and breakfast staff were lovely.
It wasn’t cheap for what we got but still acceptable.

Clean sheets and towels every day.
Our room was absolutely freezing! When we checked in, it felt like there hadn't been any heating on for days. Even after turning the radiator up, the room remained icy cold, and the bedding felt damp when we got in. The staff were unresponsive when I inquired about the heating, leaving us to suffer through a night in discomfort. I’m outraged that nothing was done to address this issue!

Fantastic hospitality amidst poor weather
We had a delightful stay despite the heavy snowfall. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by allowing us to stay comfortably until the roads were safe. they provided us with toast when we were left without food, which truly showcased their kindness. My only note for improvement would be to update some of the dated decor in the common areas.
